SEED - Terms of Use

TECHYSOAR SEED, A WORDPRESS LMS SCRIPT THAT ALLOWS YOU TO MIGRATE IT ON YOUR OWN HOSTING AND CREATE, MANAGE, AND SELL COURSES AND PRODUCTS FROM YOUR OWN DOMAIN NAME, IS PROVIDED TO YOU OR THE ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT (HEREINAFTER “YOU” OR “YOUR”) BY TECHYSOAR.COM (HEREINAFTER “TECHYSOAR”), ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (HEREINAFTER “TERMS”) IN ADDITION TO TECHYSOAR GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE. USE OF TECHYSOAR SEED SIGNIFIES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND GENERAL TECHYSOAR GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, DO NOT PROCEED OR USE TECHYSOAR SEED IN ANY MANNER.

THE PRODUCT

SEED (TECHYSOAR PRODUCT) is a WordPress LMS (learning management system) script that allows you to create, manage, and sell your and others’ courses and products.

LICENSE TERMS

SEED (TECHYSOAR PRODUCT) is a WordPress LMS (Learning Management System) script built using third-party plugins and themes. Since this is a WordPress script we have used free, premium, and/or GPL plugins and themes required to develop this script.

Typically, WordPress plugins and themes are covered under the GPL (General Public License), so Seed follows these terms as well. You are free to modify the seed as per your business requirement.

One user. Unlimited use.

Seed can be used for both personal and commercial purposes (commercial purpose means you are eligible to sell products and/or courses and collect payment from your customer),

for yourself or on behalf of a client, on their own, or as part of a new work.

Cannot be sub-licensed, resold, shared, transferred,

or otherwise redistributed on its own.

Seed Scheme (package) Terms

We provide two packages which are Standard and Premium.

The Standard package comes with some features and access restrictions.

Features Restrictions – LMS features, plugin and theme access, etc.

Access Restrictions – Do not offer administrator access.

Premium Package:- With the premium package you will get access to everything.

 

Features Restrictions – Almost everything

Access Restrictions – Allow administrator access.

Support Policy:-

  1. We provide support via chat, email, and ticket.
  1. We are only responsible for supporting you during working hours.
  1. We always try to answer your question as soon as possible. But sometimes it may take up to 24 hours or more. It also depends on the support channel.

Installation (Migration) Policy:-

  1. Installation is a paid service but sometimes we offer it free with plans (if you haven’t purchased this service or it doesn’t come with your purchased plan, we can’t install it for free)
  1. We may ask you for hosting, Cpanel, domain login details, and/or WordPress login details prior to installation. (You have to offer these details otherwise we will not install it and it will be your responsibility)
  1. The installation depends on your server so it’s not our fault if your server is not compatible. In this case, you will have to buy another hosting. We cannot offer a refund in that case. Please ask us about this before purchasing.)
  1. If the script does not work after installation, we will reinstall it for you. But if some features don’t work because of your server then it’s not our guarantee. And in such a situation the refund policy is not applicable and we cannot offer a refund.
  1. Normally we take 24 hours for installation but in some cases, it may take 7 days or more.

Maintenance Service Policy:-

What we do:-

 

  1. Maintenance is a premium service, which means you have to purchase it first to take advantage of it.
  2. Generally we provide premium support through calls, chat, and email.
  3. We update plugins and themes.
  4. Basic bug fix.
  5. Provides free updates of additional features (that we’ve added by ourselves or clients have bought) (addon features are excluded from maintenance services, you have to buy them separately).

What is not included:-

 

  1. We do not add features requested by customers.
  2. We are not responsible for fixing bugs in the following cases:-
  1. If the customer changes the code of the seed.
  2. Any plugins and themes installed by the customer or their team or developers.
  3. The website has crashed during modification by the customers or their team or developers.
  1. We are not responsible for updating any plugins or themes which is installed by customers themselves. (We are only responsible for the plugins and themes we provide)
  1. We update plugins and themes on our own terms, clients cannot force us to update any plugins, themes, WordPress versions, or server versions.
  1. We may ask the Customer for admin details and/or other details for fixing bugs, updating plugins, themes, and/or everything that falls under Maintenance Service and Support.

If we do not receive proper details from the customer, then it is our right not to resolve his problem and don’t offer a refund.

 

  1. We have the right not to offer maintenance and support to those customers who tried to violate our terms or policy, or license agreement.

Every plugin and theme used to develop Seed has been developed by third-party developers. We are not associated, affiliated, authorized, endorsed, or in any way affiliated with third-party developers.
