These Tracking Products and Services Licence Terms, referred to as the “Terms,” govern your purchase of, access to, and use of tracking-related products and services offered by Techysoar, referred to as “Techysoar,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

These Terms apply to all tracking-related products, licences, resources, tools, reviews, audits, consultations, and implementation services purchased through Techysoar websites, checkout pages, payment links, invoices, proposals, or authorised sales channels.

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, installing, or using any Tracking Product or Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

When purchasing on behalf of a business, agency, company, partnership, or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of that organisation.

About Techysoar

For the purpose of these Terms:

Business name: Techysoar
Legal owner: Sanjay Kumar
Registered address: P. No. 8, Radha Nikunj B, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Raj. 302020

Products and Services Covered

These Terms apply to all current and future Techysoar tracking-related offerings, including but not limited to:

These offerings are collectively referred to as “Tracking Products and Services.”

The exact contents, deliverables, supported platforms, access duration, client limits, support terms, and prices will be described on the applicable product page, checkout page, proposal, invoice, or order confirmation.

Where there is a conflict between these general Terms and a written proposal or order-specific agreement, the order-specific written terms will apply only to that particular purchase.

Important Definitions

3.1 Business Licence

A Business Licence allows the purchaser to use the Tracking Product for the purchaser’s own business, websites, funnels, advertising accounts, and internal tracking requirements.

It does not permit client implementation or commercial use for third parties.

3.2 Agency Licence

An Agency Licence allows the registered purchaser to use designated Tracking Products, systems, and implementation resources while providing tracking services to clients, subject to the limitations in these Terms and the applicable offer page.

3.3 Client

A Client means an independent third party receiving tracking-related services from an Agency Licence holder.

A Client does not include the purchaser’s own business, brands owned by the purchaser, or companies under the same legal ownership unless otherwise specified.

3.4 Authorised User

An Authorised User means an individual permitted to access a Tracking Product under the number of seats included with the purchased licence.

3.5 Designated Resource

A Designated Resource means a file, template, report, document, or asset that Techysoar has expressly identified as editable, client-facing, reusable, or white-label.

Resources are not considered white-label or redistributable merely because they can be downloaded or edited.

3.6 Tracking Implementation

A Tracking Implementation includes the configuration, installation, repair, mapping, testing, or verification of analytics, advertising, conversion, browser-side, server-side, webhook, data-layer, or related tracking systems.

3.7 Material Tracking Issue

A Material Tracking Issue means an issue reasonably capable of affecting event capture, event accuracy, attribution, deduplication, conversion values, event parameters, audience creation, advertising optimisation, reporting, or consistency between relevant platforms.

Minor cosmetic differences, normal attribution differences, unavoidable privacy-related data loss, and non-critical optimisation opportunities may not qualify as Material Tracking Issues.

PART A: DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENCES

4. Ownership of Tracking Products

All Tracking Products remain the intellectual property of Techysoar or their respective licensors.

Purchasing a Tracking Product does not transfer ownership, copyright, source ownership, trademark rights, or intellectual-property rights to you.

You receive only the limited licence expressly described in these Terms and on the applicable product page.

Techysoar retains all rights not expressly granted.

Protected materials may include:

  • Videos
  • Written lessons
  • Frameworks
  • Implementation methods
  • Diagrams
  • Checklists
  • Templates
  • Worksheets
  • Container files
  • Scripts
  • Code snippets
  • Workflow structures
  • Testing procedures
  • Troubleshooting processes
  • Documentation
  • Product interfaces
  • Branding
  • Downloads
  • Tools
  • Databases
  • Error libraries
  • Funnel recipes
  • Future updates

The fact that certain ideas, methods, facts, or instructions may be commonly available does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit Techysoar’s specific presentation, files, structure, wording, recordings, code, or resources.

5. Business Licence Terms

Unless an offer is expressly sold as an Agency Licence, Freelancer Licence, Commercial Licence, or another form of client-use licence, it will be treated as a Business Licence.

Under a Business Licence, you may:

  • Access the purchased Tracking Product for your own learning and implementation.
  • Use the Product for one legal business entity owned or controlled by you.
  • Implement the system on websites and funnels operated by that business.
  • Use the system for brands owned by the same legal business.
  • Allow an employee to assist with the implementation when access remains within the number of included seats.
  • Modify your own tracking configuration using the provided instructions and files.
  • Retain configured tracking systems created for your own business.

Under a Business Licence, you may not:

  • Use the Product to provide tracking services to clients.
  • Use the Product for client websites or advertising accounts.
  • Charge another person for an implementation based on the Product.
  • Offer free client implementations as a way to avoid purchasing an Agency Licence.
  • Share your Product account or login with clients.
  • Share Product videos, lessons, downloads, or implementation resources with clients.
  • Upload Product materials into another course, membership, community, software, or knowledge base.
  • Resell, sublicense, transfer, distribute, or give away the Product.
  • Use the Product to train unrelated freelancers, agencies, contractors, or businesses.
  • Create a competing course, blueprint, template pack, implementation library, or commercial training product using Techysoar materials.
  • Claim that you created or own Techysoar’s systems or resources.

A consultant, freelancer, service provider, or agency using the Product for an independent client must purchase the appropriate Agency or Commercial Licence.

6. Agency Licence Terms

An Agency Licence grants commercial client-implementation rights only for the registered agency, freelancer, consultant, or service provider that purchased the licence.

The licence does not transfer ownership of the Product.

Subject to the applicable offer page, an Agency Licence holder may:

  • Use the purchased Tracking Product while delivering tracking services to clients.
  • Use Techysoar methods to plan, install, fix, test, and verify client tracking.
  • Use designated implementation files for client projects.
  • Import designated GTM containers into client accounts.
  • Install designated scripts and configurations on client websites.
  • Adapt event maps to match a client’s actual funnel.
  • Charge clients for tracking audits, implementation, fixes, maintenance, or consultation.
  • Provide clients with the final configured tracking implementation.
  • Provide client-facing reports created specifically for the client.
  • Use designated white-label resources under the agency’s own brand.
  • Retain internal implementation records for completed client projects.
  • Continue supporting implementations completed during the valid licence period.

An Agency Licence does not permit the licence holder to:

  • Give clients direct access to the Tracking Product.
  • Share Techysoar dashboard credentials with clients.
  • Share videos, lessons, recordings, or training materials with clients.
  • Distribute editable master files unless the resource is expressly designated as client-facing.
  • Resell Techysoar templates, files, tools, or resources as standalone products.
  • Sell access to Techysoar materials.
  • Upload Techysoar materials into a client portal or membership.
  • Create a competing tracking course, certification, resource library, template pack, or agency training programme from the Product.
  • Rebrand the complete Tracking Product as the agency’s own product.
  • Remove Techysoar attribution from a resource where attribution is required.
  • Allow unrelated agencies, contractors, or freelancers to access the Product.
  • Transfer, rent, sublicense, or lend the Agency Licence.
  • Use one licence across multiple independent agencies.
  • falsely represent itself as a Techysoar employee, official representative, certified partner, or authorised reseller.

Commercial usage rights apply only to the Tracking Products expressly included in the purchased Agency Licence.

Purchasing an Agency Licence for the Meta Tracking Blueprint does not automatically provide commercial rights for the Google Tracking Blueprint or any other Product.

7. Client Limits and Fair Use

The number of client implementations permitted under an Agency Licence will be stated on the applicable offer page.

Where the offer states “unlimited clients,” unlimited use means reasonable commercial usage by one registered agency and is subject to fair use.

Unlimited use does not permit:

  • Sharing one licence across separate agencies
  • Creating public download libraries
  • Selling or distributing implementation files
  • Operating a reseller network using one account
  • Allowing unlimited external contractors to access the Product
  • Creating multiple independent businesses under one licence
  • Using automated systems to mass-distribute Techysoar resources

Techysoar may contact an Agency Licence holder when usage appears inconsistent with normal agency implementation activity.

We may request reasonable information to confirm account ownership, authorised seats, or compliance with licence restrictions.

8. Team Members and Seats

Each licence includes only the number of user seats stated on the applicable offer page.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a licence includes one user seat.

A seat is assigned to one named individual and may not be shared.

Agency owners may purchase additional seats for employees or internal team members where offered.

Authorised team members:

  • Must work under the same registered agency.
  • May use the Product only for the licensed agency’s projects.
  • Must comply with these Terms.
  • May not retain access after leaving the agency.
  • May not use the Product independently for another business.
  • May not copy or remove resources for personal use.

The Agency Licence holder is responsible for all activity conducted by its Authorised Users.

External freelancers and independent contractors require their own authorised seat or licence unless Techysoar provides written permission.

9. Completed Client Implementations

A Client may retain the tracking configuration installed in the Client’s accounts after the agency completes the project.

The Client may own project-specific configurations created and paid for specifically for that Client, such as:

  • Tags configured inside the Client’s account
  • Client-specific triggers
  • Client-specific event mappings
  • Client-specific reports
  • Client-specific workflow configurations
  • Code written specifically for the Client

However, neither the Client nor the agency receives ownership of Techysoar’s underlying:

  • Product materials
  • Training
  • Generic templates
  • Master files
  • Frameworks
  • Methods
  • Reusable scripts
  • Recipe packs
  • Error library
  • Tools
  • Proprietary logic
  • Documentation

A Client’s ownership of its configured implementation does not grant the Client permission to access, distribute, copy, or reuse Techysoar’s source resources.

10. White-Label Rights

White-label rights apply only to resources expressly marked as:

  • White-label
  • Client-ready
  • Editable for client delivery
  • Agency customisable
  • Approved for client-facing use

Unless expressly authorised, you may not remove Techysoar branding, copyright notices, watermarks, licence information, or attribution from a Product.

White-label rights do not apply to:

  • Training videos
  • Product dashboards
  • Product lessons
  • Source files
  • Technical libraries
  • Tools
  • Member areas
  • Support recordings
  • Group clinic recordings
  • Product updates
  • Internal implementation documentation

White-label permission does not transfer ownership of the underlying resource.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use any Tracking Product to:

  • Violate applicable law
  • Track individuals unlawfully
  • Bypass lawful consent requirements
  • Collect prohibited or unnecessary personal data
  • Mislead website users about tracking practices
  • Conceal tracking technologies where disclosure is legally required
  • Infringe intellectual-property rights
  • Facilitate fraud or deceptive advertising
  • Gain unauthorised access to another person’s account
  • Intercept data without permission
  • Circumvent platform security
  • Manipulate or fabricate conversion information
  • Submit false server events
  • Inflate advertising results
  • Generate false purchases, leads, or revenue events
  • Interfere with another website’s systems
  • Build malware, spyware, or unauthorised surveillance systems
  • Violate Meta, Google, WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Razorpay, Pabbly, or another third party’s terms

Techysoar may immediately suspend or terminate access when it reasonably believes the Product is being used unlawfully, deceptively, or in violation of these Terms.

12. Account Access and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.

You must:

  • Use an accurate name and email address.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Use a strong password.
  • Prevent unauthorised access.
  • Inform Techysoar promptly if your account is compromised.
  • Ensure that only Authorised Users access the Product.
  • Keep account and billing details updated.

You may not:

  • Share a single login with multiple people.
  • Sell or transfer your account.
  • Allow clients to log into your account.
  • Publish private Product links.
  • Download materials for unauthorised users.
  • Attempt to bypass account restrictions.
  • Scrape, copy, or bulk-download the Product using automated tools.

Techysoar may suspend access while investigating suspected unauthorised use.

13. Product Access

Product access begins after successful payment and account activation.

Access may be delivered through:

  • A Techysoar dashboard
  • WordPress membership
  • Email
  • Download links
  • Cloud storage
  • A third-party learning platform
  • Another delivery system selected by Techysoar

You are responsible for:

  • Providing a correct email address.
  • Maintaining access to your registered email.
  • Keeping local backups of downloadable files where permitted.
  • Meeting the stated technical requirements.
  • Using a reasonably current browser and device.
  • Paying for any required third-party tools.

Techysoar is not responsible for access problems caused by:

  • Incorrect customer information
  • Customer email filters
  • Customer device problems
  • Unsupported browsers
  • Customer internet failure
  • Third-party outages
  • Account sharing
  • Customer security breaches
  • Failure to follow access instructions

14. One-Time Payment and Lifetime Access

Where a Product is offered for a one-time payment, no recurring payment will be required for access to the purchased version unless the offer clearly states otherwise.

Where “lifetime access” is offered, it means access for as long as:

  • Techysoar continues to operate the Product;
  • the Product remains commercially and technically supportable;
  • the purchaser complies with these Terms; and
  • continued access is not prevented by law, platform restrictions, security requirements, or events beyond Techysoar’s reasonable control.

“Lifetime” does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser.

Lifetime access does not automatically include:

  • Lifetime one-to-one support
  • Lifetime implementation services
  • Lifetime private reviews
  • All future products
  • All future major editions
  • Unlimited cloud storage
  • Unlimited team members
  • Features not stated on the original offer page
  • Third-party tool fees
  • Features requiring ongoing external infrastructure

Techysoar may replace, reorganise, migrate, update, or discontinue a delivery platform while making reasonable efforts to preserve access to the purchased Product.

15. Updates

Updates will be provided only as described on the applicable offer page.

Updates may include:

  • Corrections
  • Revised lessons
  • Updated screenshots
  • Updated scripts
  • Updated container files
  • Platform-change guidance
  • New troubleshooting entries
  • New funnel implementations
  • Compatibility improvements

Techysoar does not guarantee that every Product will be updated for every future change made by Meta, Google, WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, browsers, payment gateways, privacy regulations, or third-party software.

A major rebuild, separate edition, new platform Product, or materially expanded system may be sold separately.

Where an Agency Licence includes updates for a fixed period, access to updates ends after that period unless the purchaser renews the update plan.

The purchaser may retain access to the version already purchased, subject to these Terms.

16. Product Support

Support is provided only to the extent stated on the applicable offer page.

Product support may include:

  • Access assistance
  • Clarification of lessons
  • Correction of broken Product links
  • Reporting errors in provided files
  • General implementation guidance
  • Group support sessions
  • Designated ticket support

Unless expressly included, support does not include:

  • Techysoar completing the implementation
  • Private account audits
  • Reviewing unlimited client projects
  • Debugging custom code
  • Repairing third-party websites
  • Resolving hosting problems
  • Resolving plugin conflicts
  • Resolving payment-gateway problems
  • Managing advertising campaigns
  • Direct support to an agency’s clients
  • Joining client calls
  • Writing custom integrations
  • Emergency or same-day support
  • Support for heavily modified files
  • Support for unsupported platforms

Techysoar may require screenshots, recordings, test results, or account information before providing support.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or disrespectful communication may result in support restrictions or account termination.

17. Tools, Generators, and Software Features

Some Tracking Products may include lightweight tools, planners, calculators, validators, generators, or software features.

These tools provide recommendations based on the information entered by the user and the logic available at the time.

Outputs must be reviewed before being applied to a live website or client account.

Techysoar does not guarantee that automatically generated outputs will be suitable for every:

  • Funnel
  • Website
  • Legal jurisdiction
  • Platform
  • Business model
  • Payment gateway
  • Advertising account
  • Consent configuration
  • Custom development environment

You remain responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving any generated output.

Techysoar may modify, restrict, replace, or discontinue a tool where continued operation becomes technically, commercially, or legally impractical.

PART B: TRACKING SERVICES

18. Scope of Tracking Services

Tracking Services include audits, diagnostics, reviews, consultation, implementation, setup, repair, testing, and related professional work performed by Techysoar.

The exact scope of each Service will be described in the applicable:

  • Service page
  • Checkout page
  • Proposal
  • Invoice
  • Scope document
  • Email confirmation
  • Written agreement

Only the deliverables expressly included in the purchased scope are included.

Anything not expressly included will be treated as out of scope.

19. Tracking Diagnostic Service

A Tracking Diagnostic Service is intended to inspect, test, and identify possible problems in an existing tracking setup.

A diagnostic may include inspection of:

  • Meta Pixel
  • Meta Conversions API
  • Event mapping
  • Browser-side events
  • Server-side events
  • Event deduplication
  • Advanced matching
  • Event parameters
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Ads conversions
  • Enhanced Conversions
  • Data layers
  • Webhooks
  • Form tracking
  • Payment tracking
  • Cross-domain tracking
  • Funnel consistency
  • CRM and advertising-platform discrepancies
  • Test Events or debugging tools

Unless expressly included, a diagnostic does not include implementing or fixing the identified issues.

A diagnostic reflects the systems, access, data, and test conditions available during the diagnostic period.

A clean diagnostic result does not guarantee that no future issue will occur.

20. Personal Implementation Review

A Personal Implementation Review is a review of work performed by the customer or the customer’s agency.

It may include:

  • Reviewing event mapping
  • Reviewing tags and triggers
  • Reviewing browser-side tracking
  • Reviewing server-side tracking
  • Reviewing event IDs
  • Reviewing deduplication
  • Reviewing values and parameters
  • Reviewing screenshots or recordings
  • Identifying likely mistakes
  • Recommending corrections

Unless expressly included, an Implementation Review does not mean that Techysoar will:

  • Log into every account
  • Complete the implementation
  • Write custom code
  • Fix every identified issue
  • Guarantee approval by Meta or Google
  • Monitor the implementation after delivery
  • Provide unlimited revisions
  • Provide direct support to the purchaser’s client

The review is limited to the information and access provided.

21. Done-for-You Tracking Services

Done-for-you Tracking Services may include services such as:

  • Tracking audit
  • Meta Pixel setup or repair
  • Meta Conversions API setup
  • Google Tag Manager setup
  • GA4 configuration
  • Google Ads conversion tracking
  • Enhanced Conversions
  • Funnel event mapping
  • Webhook setup
  • Tool connections
  • Advanced matching
  • Event deduplication
  • Test-event verification
  • Pre-launch verification
  • Handover recording

Only the funnel steps, websites, domains, events, accounts, integrations, and platforms listed in the purchased scope are included.

Additional websites, funnels, payment gateways, advertising accounts, integrations, custom code, or events may require an additional fee.

22. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must:

  • Provide complete and accurate information.
  • Clearly explain the funnel and expected customer journey.
  • Disclose all relevant domains, subdomains, checkout pages, and third-party platforms.
  • Provide the necessary authorised account access.
  • Ensure that the customer has authority to grant such access.
  • Obtain required permissions from website owners and clients.
  • Maintain valid subscriptions to required third-party tools.
  • Keep website, hosting, plugins, and software operational.
  • Maintain recent backups before work begins.
  • Respond to requests within a reasonable period.
  • Perform test payments or lead submissions where required.
  • Review deliverables within the stated review period.
  • Maintain legally compliant privacy and consent practices.
  • Inform Techysoar before making material website or funnel changes.

Techysoar is not responsible for delays or incomplete work caused by missing access, incorrect information, unavailable systems, expired subscriptions, platform restrictions, or delayed customer responses.

23. Access and Credentials

The customer authorises Techysoar to access the accounts and systems necessary to perform the purchased Service.

Where possible, the customer should provide role-based, partner, collaborator, employee, or temporary access instead of sharing primary passwords.

The customer should not send banking passwords, card PINs, OTPs, recovery codes, or unnecessary personal credentials.

The customer remains responsible for:

  • Choosing the level of access granted
  • Maintaining backups
  • Reviewing account permissions
  • Revoking access after project completion
  • Changing passwords where credentials were shared
  • Removing temporary users
  • Protecting payment and advertising accounts

Techysoar may refuse to accept access that appears unlawful, unsafe, unnecessary, or outside the purchased scope.

After completion, the customer should promptly revoke all temporary access shared with Techysoar or its authorised team.

24. Personal Data and Privacy Compliance

The customer is responsible for determining:

  • What personal data is collected
  • Why the data is collected
  • Whether appropriate notice has been provided
  • Whether consent or another lawful basis is required
  • Whether data may lawfully be sent to advertising or analytics platforms
  • How long data should be retained
  • Whether cross-border data transfers are permitted
  • Whether a consent-management system is required

Where applicable, the customer acts as the Data Fiduciary, data controller, business, or equivalent party determining the purpose and means of processing.

Techysoar acts only as a service provider, processor, or implementation consultant to the extent necessary to perform the Service.

The customer must not intentionally provide Techysoar with unnecessary:

  • Government identification documents
  • Financial account credentials
  • Health information
  • Passwords
  • Sensitive personal information
  • Children’s data
  • Special-category data
  • Data prohibited by advertising platforms

The customer represents that it has the legal authority to provide all data and access supplied to Techysoar.

Techysoar may suspend work when privacy, consent, ownership, or access rights are unclear.

For projects involving substantial personal-data processing, the parties may enter into a separate data-processing agreement.

25. Test Transactions and Test Data

Some implementations require:

  • Test leads
  • Test form submissions
  • Test appointments
  • Test registrations
  • Test checkout activity
  • Test orders
  • Test payments
  • Test refunds

Unless expressly included, the customer is responsible for:

  • Test payment amounts
  • Payment-gateway fees
  • Transaction charges
  • Taxes
  • Refund costs
  • Third-party usage charges

Techysoar will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary live charges but cannot guarantee that every third-party platform will reverse all processing fees.

Test data must not contain unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

26. Service Timelines

Any delivery date is an estimate unless expressly agreed as a fixed deadline in writing.

Timelines may depend on:

  • Timely access
  • Customer responses
  • Website stability
  • Availability of third-party platforms
  • Payment-gateway testing
  • Platform review processes
  • Custom-development complexity
  • Plugin conflicts
  • Hosting restrictions
  • Required test transactions

A delay caused by the customer or a third party will extend the delivery timeline.

Where the customer does not provide required information or access for more than 30 days, Techysoar may place the project on hold or close it as inactive.

Restarting an inactive project may require rescheduling or an additional fee.

27. Changes in Scope

A request will be considered out of scope when it materially changes the originally agreed:

  • Website
  • Funnel
  • Platform
  • Number of events
  • Number of domains
  • Number of advertising accounts
  • Number of payment gateways
  • Integration method
  • Delivery requirements
  • Reporting requirements
  • Custom-development requirements

Techysoar will inform the customer when a request is outside the purchased scope.

Out-of-scope work may require:

  • A separate quotation
  • An additional payment
  • A revised delivery date
  • A separate service order

Techysoar is not required to begin out-of-scope work until the additional scope and fee are accepted.

28. Customer Changes During Implementation

The customer must inform Techysoar before making material changes to:

  • Website themes
  • Plugins
  • Tag Manager containers
  • Pixel code
  • Analytics code
  • Checkout pages
  • Form tools
  • Payment gateways
  • Funnel steps
  • Domain settings
  • Consent tools
  • Automation workflows

Changes made during implementation may:

  • Break tracking
  • Duplicate events
  • Delay testing
  • Require rework
  • Increase the service cost

Techysoar is not responsible for issues caused by customer or third-party changes made without notice.

29. Third-Party Platforms

Tracking Products and Services may depend on third-party platforms such as:

  • Meta
  • Google
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Ads
  • WordPress
  • WooCommerce
  • Shopify
  • Elementor
  • FunnelKit
  • Razorpay
  • Cashfree
  • Pabbly Connect
  • Hosting providers
  • Consent-management platforms
  • Customer relationship management systems

These platforms are independent third parties.

Techysoar does not control:

  • Their availability
  • Pricing
  • Approval processes
  • APIs
  • Account restrictions
  • Data processing
  • Attribution models
  • Browser behaviour
  • Platform updates
  • Tracking limitations
  • Terms of service
  • Security incidents
  • Feature discontinuation

The customer is responsible for complying with each third party’s applicable terms.

Third-party subscriptions, hosting, API usage, advertising charges, plugin licences, or transaction fees are not included unless expressly stated.

30. Tracking Accuracy and Technical Limitations

No tracking system can guarantee that 100% of user actions or conversions will always be recorded.

Tracking may be affected by:

  • Browser restrictions
  • Cookie restrictions
  • Consent choices
  • Ad blockers
  • Device settings
  • Network interruptions
  • Platform attribution rules
  • Cross-device behaviour
  • iOS and browser privacy controls
  • Missing customer information
  • Failed webhooks
  • Payment-gateway behaviour
  • Third-party outages
  • Incorrect customer changes
  • User deletion requests
  • Data-retention limits
  • Platform modelling
  • Reporting delays
  • Differences between attribution systems

Normal differences may exist between:

  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Ads
  • Google Analytics
  • Payment gateways
  • Ecommerce platforms
  • CRM systems
  • Bank settlement records
  • Internal sales records

A difference between platforms does not automatically mean that an implementation is defective.

Techysoar’s responsibility is limited to performing the agreed configuration and reasonable verification based on available tools and conditions.

31. No Advertising-Performance Guarantee

Tracking Products and Services are designed to improve implementation quality, event visibility, data consistency, and platform signal availability.

Techysoar does not guarantee:

  • A specific return on ad spend
  • A specific cost per lead
  • A specific cost per acquisition
  • More purchases
  • More leads
  • More revenue
  • Improved campaign profitability
  • Lower advertising costs
  • Successful campaign learning
  • A specific Event Match Quality score
  • A specific attribution result
  • Approval by Meta or Google
  • Recovery of historical data
  • Recovery of previously missed conversions
  • Business growth
  • Advertising account safety

Advertising performance depends on factors outside tracking, including the offer, pricing, market, creative, campaign strategy, landing page, audience, budget, sales process, competition, and customer demand.

Any examples, case studies, projections, or historical results are illustrative and are not promises of future results.

32. Verification and Acceptance

Techysoar may verify work using available tools such as:

  • Google Tag Manager Preview
  • GA4 DebugView
  • Meta Test Events
  • Meta Events Manager
  • Google Ads diagnostics
  • Browser developer tools
  • Network requests
  • Webhook histories
  • Platform logs
  • Test transactions
  • Customer-provided screenshots

The customer must review the completed work and report any implementation concern within seven calendar days of delivery unless another review period is stated on the applicable service page.

The customer should provide:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Relevant screenshots
  • A screen recording where useful
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Relevant timestamps
  • Details of changes made after delivery

If no concern is reported within the review period, the Service will be treated as delivered and accepted.

This acceptance does not remove any mandatory legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

33. Limited Correction Period

Unless a different period is stated on the applicable service page, Techysoar will provide a 14-day limited correction period beginning on the delivery date.

During this period, Techysoar will reasonably correct a reproducible technical error that:

  • Falls within the purchased scope;
  • Was caused directly by Techysoar’s implementation;
  • Existed at the time of delivery; and
  • Is reported with sufficient evidence.

The limited correction period does not cover:

  • New requirements
  • New events
  • New funnels
  • New domains
  • New advertising accounts
  • Website redesigns
  • Plugin changes
  • Customer modifications
  • Third-party updates
  • Expired subscriptions
  • Hosting failures
  • Platform outages
  • Account restrictions
  • Consent changes
  • Changes made by another developer
  • Issues outside the purchased scope

Additional work may be quoted separately.

PART C: PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

34. Pricing and Taxes

Prices will be shown on the applicable checkout page, proposal, payment link, or invoice.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Prices exclude applicable GST and taxes.
  • The customer is responsible for applicable taxes.
  • Third-party charges are not included.
  • Payment-gateway charges may be non-refundable.
  • Prices may change for future purchases.
  • A later price change does not change an already completed purchase.

Techysoar may offer temporary discounts, launch prices, upgrade prices, coupons, bundles, or existing-customer prices.

A customer is not entitled to a retrospective refund merely because a Product or Service is later offered at a lower price.

35. Payment Authorisation

By submitting payment, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to use the selected payment method.
  • The billing information is accurate.
  • The purchase is not fraudulent.
  • You have reviewed the Product or Service description.
  • You accept these Terms.

Techysoar may delay access or delivery while a payment is pending, disputed, reversed, flagged, or under review.

36. Digital Product Refunds

Digital Products may provide immediate access to proprietary videos, files, downloads, tools, and implementation resources.

Unless the applicable offer page expressly includes a refund guarantee, digital Product purchases are not refundable merely because:

  • You changed your mind.
  • You did not use the Product.
  • You expected a course instead of an implementation system.
  • You purchased the wrong licence.
  • You lack the required technical ability.
  • You do not have the necessary third-party tools.
  • You no longer operate the relevant business.
  • You found alternative information elsewhere.
  • You expected Techysoar to perform the implementation.
  • You shared or downloaded the Product materials.

This does not limit any refund, replacement, or remedy that must be provided under applicable law.

A duplicate payment or clear billing error should be reported promptly.

37. Licence Upgrades

A Business Licence holder who wishes to use a Product for client work must purchase an Agency Licence or approved commercial upgrade before beginning such use.

Where offered, Techysoar may allow the customer to pay an upgrade fee instead of repurchasing the entire Product.

Upgrade pricing:

  • May change over time.
  • May depend on the original purchase.
  • May exclude expired promotions.
  • May require payment of the current price difference.
  • Does not create a right to historical offers.

Commercial usage before obtaining the appropriate licence is a breach of these Terms.

38. Service Cancellation and Refunds

Service cancellation terms may be stated on the applicable order page or proposal.

Unless otherwise stated:

Before work begins

Techysoar may refund the amount paid after deducting:

  • Non-refundable payment-gateway charges
  • Taxes already deposited where applicable
  • Third-party costs already incurred
  • Administrative or preparation work already completed

After work begins

Once analysis, account review, setup, planning, implementation, recording, or another material part of the Service has begun, the fee may become partially or fully non-refundable.

After delivery

A completed Service is not refundable merely because:

  • The customer changes strategy.
  • The customer stops advertising.
  • The customer does not use the implementation.
  • Campaign results do not improve.
  • A third-party platform changes.
  • The customer modifies the setup.
  • The customer expected deliverables outside the agreed scope.

Any mandatory statutory remedy remains unaffected.

39. Diagnostic Refund Guarantee

A Diagnostic Refund Guarantee applies only where the applicable service page expressly advertises a guarantee such as:

“Refund Guarantee if no tracking issue is found.”

Under this guarantee, Techysoar will refund the eligible diagnostic fee when:

  • The complete agreed diagnostic scope has been performed;
  • The customer has provided all required access and information;
  • Required tests can be completed; and
  • Techysoar identifies no Material Tracking Issue within the agreed scope.

A refund may not apply where:

  • Access is incomplete.
  • The customer prevents required testing.
  • The website or accounts are unavailable.
  • Required historical data does not exist.
  • The issue falls outside the purchased scope.
  • The setup changes before the diagnostic is completed.
  • A third-party outage prevents verification.
  • The customer provided inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • The diagnostic reveals a Material Tracking Issue, even if the issue is caused by a third-party platform.
  • The customer disagrees with a valid documented finding.
  • The service purchased did not expressly include the guarantee.

Where no Material Tracking Issue is found, Techysoar may provide a confirmation report before processing the eligible refund.

Refund timing may depend on the payment provider and banking system.

40. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You should contact Techysoar before initiating a chargeback so that we have a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.

A fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargeback may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Licence termination
  • Removal of Product access
  • Suspension of support
  • Cancellation of pending Services
  • Recovery of chargeback fees and outstanding amounts where legally permitted

Initiating a payment dispute does not transfer ownership of Product materials or permit continued use without payment.

PART D: CONFIDENTIALITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

41. Customer Confidentiality

Techysoar will take reasonable measures to keep confidential non-public information received while providing a Service.

Confidential information may include:

  • Account information
  • Funnel information
  • Advertising information
  • Revenue data
  • Conversion data
  • Customer lists
  • Business processes
  • Technical configurations
  • Unpublished campaigns
  • Login details
  • Internal documents

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:

  • Is publicly available without breach;
  • Was already lawfully known;
  • Is independently developed;
  • Is received lawfully from another source;
  • Must be disclosed by law or lawful authority; or
  • Is approved for disclosure by the customer.

42. Screenshots, Case Studies, and Publicity

Techysoar will not intentionally publish the customer’s identifiable confidential data as a case study without permission.

Where possible, Techysoar may use anonymised and aggregated learnings to improve:

  • Product lessons
  • Troubleshooting libraries
  • Internal processes
  • Checklists
  • Implementation guidance
  • Error documentation

Anonymised use must not reasonably identify the customer.

Techysoar will obtain permission before publicly using:

  • Customer name
  • Customer logo
  • Identifiable account screenshots
  • Testimonial
  • Revenue result
  • Advertising result
  • Client project details

Providing a testimonial gives Techysoar permission to display that testimonial with the name and business details supplied, unless otherwise agreed.

43. Feedback

When you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, corrections, or Product feedback, you grant Techysoar permission to use that feedback to improve its Products and Services without additional compensation.

This does not grant Techysoar ownership of your confidential business information or Client data.

PART E: WARRANTIES, LIABILITY, AND ENFORCEMENT

44. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tracking Products and Services are provided on an “as available” and “as applicable” basis.

Techysoar does not warrant that:

  • Every Product will meet every customer’s needs.
  • Every file will work in every technical environment.
  • Access will always be uninterrupted.
  • Third-party platforms will remain unchanged.
  • Every implementation will capture every conversion.
  • Every technical issue can be resolved.
  • Historical missing data can be recovered.
  • Every advertising platform will accept every event.
  • A particular platform feature will continue to exist.
  • A Product will remain compatible with unsupported or outdated software.
  • A customer will achieve a particular commercial result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

45. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techysoar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, including:

  • Lost revenue
  • Lost profit
  • Lost advertising spend
  • Lost business opportunity
  • Lost data
  • Lost conversions
  • Account suspension
  • Platform restrictions
  • Reputational loss
  • Client claims
  • Business interruption
  • Costs of substitute services

Techysoar’s total aggregate liability arising from a particular Product or Service will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer to Techysoar for that Product or Service.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

46. Customer Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Techysoar harmless from third-party claims, losses, penalties, or reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful use of a Product or Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your unauthorised collection or use of personal data
  • Your failure to obtain necessary consent
  • Your infringement of another person’s rights
  • False or manipulated tracking events
  • Your client contracts
  • Promises you make to your clients
  • Unauthorised access provided by you
  • Your redistribution of Techysoar materials
  • Changes made by you after implementation
  • Your violation of third-party platform terms

Techysoar remains responsible for its own obligations to the extent required by law.

47. Licence Suspension and Termination

Techysoar may suspend or terminate a Product licence where the purchaser:

  • Shares account credentials.
  • Redistributes Product materials.
  • Uses a Business Licence for client work.
  • Exceeds permitted seats or client limits.
  • Creates a competing product using Techysoar materials.
  • Resells or sublicenses resources.
  • Uses the Product unlawfully.
  • Manipulates tracking data.
  • Initiates fraudulent payment disputes.
  • Attempts to bypass security.
  • Abuses support staff.
  • Materially breaches these Terms.

Where appropriate, Techysoar may give the purchaser an opportunity to correct the breach.

Immediate termination may apply in cases involving piracy, fraud, security risk, unlawful conduct, or deliberate misuse.

Following termination:

  • Product access may be removed.
  • Support ends.
  • Updates end.
  • No new client implementations may be performed.
  • Downloaded Product materials must not be used or distributed.
  • Outstanding payment obligations remain payable.

A client tracking implementation properly completed before termination may remain operational in the Client’s account, but the former licence holder may not use Techysoar materials for new projects.

Sections relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, payment, liability, restrictions, and dispute resolution survive termination.

48. No Partnership or Agency Relationship

Purchasing an Agency Licence does not create:

  • A legal partnership
  • An employment relationship
  • A joint venture
  • A franchise
  • An exclusive territory
  • A reseller appointment
  • A referral agreement
  • An endorsement
  • A certification
  • Authority to bind Techysoar

The purchaser remains an independent business and is responsible for its own clients, pricing, contracts, taxes, representations, and services.

The purchaser may not claim to be an official or certified Techysoar partner unless Techysoar has expressly provided that status in writing.

49. Third-Party Names and Trademarks

Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Razorpay, Pabbly, Elementor, FunnelKit, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Techysoar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with these companies unless expressly stated.

References to third-party products are for identification, education, integration, and compatibility purposes.

Techysoar will make reasonable efforts to resume affected obligations when reasonably possible.

  • A change benefits the customer;

Techysoar may assign or transfer these Terms as part of:

  • A business reorganisation
  • Business sale
  • Asset transfer
  • Merger
  • Change in legal entity
  • Transfer of the relevant Product line

Such transfer will not reduce mandatory customer rights.

55. Severability

If a court or lawful authority determines that any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.

56. Waiver

A failure or delay by Techysoar in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

Any waiver must be provided in writing.

Before filing a formal claim, the parties should make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute through written communication.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection rights, courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
