No Refund Policy

Ultimate Financial ToolKit is sold as-is without any refunds available after purchase. We encourage potential buyers to review all available information and ask any questions before making a purchase to ensure that UFT meets your needs.

Reasons for No Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because the Ultimate Financial ToolKit is a digital good delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.

We are obliged to give policy refunds in any of the situations listed below.

1. You simply don’t want it after you’ve purchased or downloaded it.
3. You simply change your mind.
4. You bought it by mistake.
5. The product(s) was bought by your employee or inmate using your payment method which he/she had legal access to.
5. You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item.
6. You refused to provide our support staff with access to your website to investigate the product you are having issues with.
9. Renewals or upgrades will not be eligible for a refund.
10. You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund.


While refunds are generally not offered for the Ultimate Financial ToolKit, exceptions may be considered in the following rare circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: If the product fails to be delivered electronically after your purchase due to technical problems with our website, and you have contacted without receiving a solution within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Major Defects: In cases where the product is completely non-functional and we cannot fix it.

Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

Please also note that:
You may cancel your account at any time, however, there are no refunds for cancellation.
If you get a refund you cannot use the downloaded premium products anymore.
If the product (after the update) is still damaged, we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the product.

Note: In case of refund, you (customer) will get the money back in your account within 14 working days.
